						Autumn Marisa Lexer is no stranger to the crown. As Miss Pennsylvania 2002, Donald Trump’s Miss Lady Luck, and the Co-Executive Director/Executive Producer of the Miss Pennsylvania’s Outstanding Teen Pageant, she is more than familiar with competition. Yet, through it all, Autumn always makes sure that she is having fun and enjoying every minute – a philosophy she even applies to her new role as a mom. She says, “My daughter doesn’t care if I am wearing an evening gown or sweat pants, either way she is probably going to throw up on me. I just laugh and go with the flow. Being a mom, you learn not to take yourself too seriously.”
				This is exactly the advice Autumn wants to share with every young aspiring pageant titleholder. “Working with teen girls has been a dream come true and an inspiration for this line of fun, flirty, and affordable pageant note cards, apparel and accessories,” Autumn says. “We want girls to let their hair down, be themselves and even learn to laugh at themselves. They should love what they are doing and shouldn’t be afraid to ‘clown around’ now and then…” Or in this case… “Crown Around.” Autumn is thrilled to welcome Judy Guinosso to the staff of Crowning Around by Autumn. Judy brings her vibrant personality, career experience and pageant expertise to her role as the Sales and Creative Marketing Director. Miss Pennsylvania 1992, Judy is also Co-Executive Director/Executive Producer of the Miss Pennsylvania’s Outstanding Teen Pageant. Autumn was introduced to Judy in the spring of 2005 and they have since become quick, life-long friends and business partners. Their complementing personalities and work ethic have contributed to the success of this “Dynamic Duo” and their work with the Miss Pennsylvania’s Outstanding Teen Pageant. Following a two-year stint as Executive Producers, they were appointed Executive Directors in 2007. Their first titleholder, Julia Rae Schlucter, went on to be the first runner-up at the Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Pageant. Autumn and Judy are currently active members of the Board of Directors for the Miss Pennsylvania Scholarship Organization. Their personal involvement with the Miss America Organization helped both Autumn and Judy earn more than $40,000 in scholarships to help support their graduate and undergraduate course work, respectively. It is their hope to make the academic dreams of other young women come true too. In doing so, Crowning Around by Autumn will donate a portion of all sales to the Miss America's Outstanding Teen Organization.
